Dr. Rodgers serves as the Lead Pastor of First Baptist Church in Peachtree City, Georgia where he teaches weekly. He is known for his direct, Biblically centered teachings aimed at equipping his listeners to live Christ-centered lives. As a disciple making pastor, his ambition is to equip the saints with principle and application-based messages to empower them to live Great Commission lives where they live, work, play, and travel.

Dr. Rodgers is available to speak at churches, conferences, retreats, leadership gatherings, marriage events, ministry training sessions, and special occasions. His communication is biblically grounded, direct, pastoral, engaging, and focused on helping listeners understand what truth means and how it should shape everyday life and leadership.
